Learning services at Complete Smile

It is a testament to the expertise within the team at Complete Smile that, as well as providing comprehensive implant, cosmetic and treatments for bite problems, the practice has long been a recognised centre of excellence for training qualified dentists.

Complete Smile has regularly provided short and long term modular based courses including those provided by Universities involved in Post Graduate dental education. Our courses deliver intensive implant and cosmetic dentistry training based upon sound functional and occlusal planning. The training is delivered within a general dental practice setting with full multimedia education facilities together with a hands-on training room, phantom head training and full laboratory support. Our courses encourage gradual learning aiming to build confidence in delegates with flexible distance learning elements meaning that studying does not involve long periods away from practice for the dentists that attend.

Our small group courses encourage internet based and hands-on experience where there is always another experienced pair of hands close by. Hundreds of dentists have passed through our centre and continue to attend short and longer training programmes. Our primary focus is delivering teaching through a unique system of close mentoring. This approach involves getting hands-on learning in a small group environment
in order to provide expert guidance and individual attention throughout the course. There is also a full support service available after successful completion of the courses, providing assistance with treatment planning and problem solving for more difficult cases.
