Referred by her dentist in Sunderland.

Mrs L was concerned about the appearance of her upper front teeth and profile of her lip. She had been informed by her dentist that she was about to lose her remaining upper front teeth due to periodontal disease.

A pre-operative assessment resulted in a plan to remove the mobile teeth and four immediate implants were placed to provide a fixed bridge and correct the over jet which was more than 20mm pre-operatively.

This case has been in function for over 7 years without any soft tissue or bone level changes.
